During the Customer Experience Certificate program, you will solve real-world challenges and use best practices developed by top companies. CX experts guide you through every step of the program. Build your tool set and develop your personalized Customer Experience portfolio. The certificate program is approximately an 8-week program, based on 4-5 hours per week. The class is approximately 36 hours in total.
