Program Overview

Most leadership development programs teach skills in isolation — a workshop on strategy here, a day on finance there. But exceptional managers integrate all of these capabilities simultaneously, applying them in real contexts alongside peers who share the same organizational challenges.

The Executive Edge Management Program is a seven-month cohort experience drawing on the full depth of our open-enrollment portfolio. Over seven monthly Friday sessions, participants move from strategic decision-making to finance to AI strategy to execution to talent leadership — building an integrated management capability and a trusted peer network, culminating in a capstone presentation to program faculty.

Cancellation, Substitution & Program Changes Policy: All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received 14 days or more before the program start date receive a full refund, minus a $250 administrative fee. Cancellations received within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable. Substitutions may be made at any time before the start date at no additional cost. The University of South Florida reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program; in the event of cancellation, participants will receive a full refund.
