A leadership development expert with more than 30 years of coaching and leading high-performance teams across collegiate, professional, and Olympic sports. A former college coach and sports executive, he specializes in leadership assessment, emotional intelligence, and organizational alignment — helping leaders translate elite sport performance principles into business results. Ron currently works with Olympic, Paralympic, NCAA, and professional organizations in North America and internationally.
A seasoned executive, educator, and former U.S. Navy Captain with extensive experience leading large-scale organizational transformation across government and industry. He most recently served as Managing Director for a $170M Navy modernization program, leading a 200-person team focused on cloud migration, cybersecurity, and enterprise data strategy. David now teaches with USF's Muma College of Business Executive Education, bringing deep expertise in strategy, operations, and leadership development.
