Established companies must innovate to survive. Corporate entrepreneurship efforts often fail not because of weak ideas — but because of cultural, structural, political, and execution barriers.

This program teaches leaders how to assess opportunities, build business models, lead internal ventures, finance innovation, and navigate corporate dynamics to create new growth initiatives successfully.
